Payments are processed through our invoicing system and direct bank transfer
All prices are listed in USD
You are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties
Billing disputes must be reported to us within 30 days of charge

Chargeback Policy

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Enhanced Executive Peptides directly at support@enhancedexecutive.com BEFORE initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. You acknowledge that:

All sales are final except in cases of verified shipping damage, which require photographic proof submitted within 48 hours of delivery
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these Terms
We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback we believe to be filed in bad faith and to pursue recovery of funds, fees, and costs associated with fraudulent disputes
Accounts with disputed or reversed charges may be permanently banned from the Service

9. Intellectual Property Rights

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Oregon. You waive the right to trial by jury and the right to participate in class action lawsuits. Small claims court remains available for qualifying disputes.

15. Regulatory Compliance

All research products comply with applicable FDA regulations. Products are not approved for human consumption. Customers must comply with all applicable state and local regulations. Some products may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. Age verification is required sitewide.

16. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions or regulations, shipping carrier delays, or supplier unavailability.
